Hello all, so with the help of Dave I think I have settled on starting out with just the ATF Explosives Limited Permit to get started with display fireworks. My concerns at this point are not with the federal level but with state requirements.
I am looking for help from anyone here in Alabama that conducts hobby display fireworks on the rules and requirements. I have visited the Alabama Fire Marshal website and read over the fireworks documents, but they don't seem to cover hobby use (I did not see where they mention or differentiate non-business type use).
