only within city limits in most spots but the area at my friends buddy land was all country and outside city limits so we didn't bother. however in some spots its only ground based safe n sane without a permit.

PGI headed to Oshkosh this August. Should be interesting. First time going there.

First time in the town (not City) of Oshkosh, but was in Appleton (just up the road in 2010). Happy it's coming 'home' to WI! Looking forward to a fun week.

New site is always interesting - sounds like the town has no one who has handled an event this size and they're trying to figure out how to find consultants to help.
