Interesting case out of PA this week. It will be interesting to see what charges actually stick and what product they actually had. A lot of the items mentioned sound more like 1.4 cakes and assortments than 1.3. I can't fathom why they would be popping off anything in a residential neighborhood at 3:00a.m. and not expect anything to happen.

As usual, they don't charge you with "Fireworks" because that would not carry much weight unless its 1.3 items. They usually charge with something more serious, as you can read with this case. It looks like he was unable to make bail on this one, he is currently in the Hoosegow . There is more going on here than a two drunk dumbasses lighting fireworks in the middle of the night.

This is the kind of stupidity that cause problems for the hobby. From the reporting it sounds like these might have been overloads being they mentioned Class C but then quote the police saying they were not legal. Proper reporting on the product would be nice. Someone mixed 3 different products together and came up with 25 round mortar cake. LMAO :confused:
