I am looking for any and all info on obtaining a pyrotechnics license in the state of wisconsin i have studied my state and local laws but cant seem to find any info on how to get a state license

Because there’s no such thing in the state of WI. We are one of the easiest states to shoot professional commercial displays in. The only requirements is a display permit and display insurance.
