Why does it seem like whenever there are one of these quasi-terror attacks they seem to bring along some Phantom Fireworks. Apparently once again with the recent shooting on the subway in New York. He purchased the fireworks in June 2021. I expect soon Phantom will retrieve the store video. Good thing he didn't lite that cake off in the subway car.
