I suspect those of fake M-80 , 50 mg salutes.

Thanks for the image of the three boxes. These date way back to Macau production. Guessing they were made by Po Sing in last gasp effort to survive.

Hal, those Phantom boxed items utilized the early 1" brown water crackers. They just encased them with foam and charged a ridiculous price for them.
