Not sure if anyone from the forums is going. Tomorrow Saturday October 2, 2021 is the my ATF license class at Kellners Fireworks Pennsylvania in addition to the PGI shooter course. But wait, there is more. LOL There will also be a firecracker swap meet. If you ever wanted to start collecting old firecrackers this is your chance. It is too late to register for the classes but you can certainly participle in the old firecrackers.

Some pictures courtesy of Kellner Fireworks. Three events in one day. My ATF license class, the PGI Shooter Course and an old firecrackers swap meet. My ATF license class had fireworks enthusiast from multiple states , New York State, Pennsylvania, Ohio , New Jersey, Virginia and West Virginia. Most of my class also attended the PGI Shooter course. Not sure how well the firecracker swap meet went but it was a great addition to the days events. I am trying to convince Bob Kellner we need to schedule this event again in the spring.

$95 for a box of Warhead Super Bang Firecrackers?! That's absurd. Unless I'm Rip Van Winkle and have been sleeping for a few years, I remember when those were about $10 or $15 per pack. I might as well slap a price of Eleventy Thousand Dollars for my DOT stash and see who bites. Seems like people with deep pockets have jacked prices up so high within the last few years that there's no point in collecting anymore.

Wow! Cracker Balls! The ones we had in the '50's were cellophane wrapped, ten to a triangular pack. And those single shot Flashing Thunders........man, I sold a ton of them back when, very loud, very popular. Thanks for the photos.........

Apollo of the Ozarks! I saw a classified ad in Jack Drewes American Firework News, for PyroSonic Devices, gave CEO Phil Leech a call and asked him if he would ship to New York (UPS back then). He replied, "I ship to New York every day of the week." And that was when I shifted gears and became a "Seasonal Novelty Salesman". Phil sold Apollo, American made, they had some interesting patents, Apollo worked in the "grey area" with a few of their products.

Thank you for the pictures. Lots of common and rare things. Does anyone have a highlight of a few items that showed up of particular interest?

Wow! Wish I could've made it! So many cool looking firecrackers. Nice to see some relics from times when not everything was the same generic red wrapper. Hopefully ill make it to one somewhere eventually. :)
