~Would you say that the use of Consumer Fireworks was up this year, than from 2020. I heard alot more shells being set off in my neighborhood than last year. Should we expect a rise in fireworks use in the incoming years?

~I actually did not shoot the 4th because of the overwhelming use of shells in my neighborhood. I could'nt think to myself. It was quite annoying. Usually it's just me shooting in my neighborhood.

Generally I would say so far this season I've seen less than last year. What I have noticed that people are shooting larger cakes and shells and not as much smaller rockets and such.

This is what I noticed as well. I saw way less in the surrounding neighborhoods, but what I did see were canister shells and 500g cakes.

Much more this year in the Mid-Hudson Valley than ever before, a non-stop barrage starting at 8:30, continuing until 10:00 or so, Shortage? What shortage?
