U.S. market crackers

Here's two types of U.S. market 50mg firecrackers and packaging; that mimic the look of foreign market crackers.

A while back, I saw the top crackers on a website and instantly thought they were weird. I can tell you for a fact they aren't what they seem. They're the same as all the other large crackers that have another smaller one inside. The bottoms aren't anything special either.
