I had a brick of these 80/16 from the early '70's. Excellent quality, tight, equal length fuses, robust report. Are yours wrapped in clear cellophane? Mine were, both brick and individual packs. I've never see that before, or since.............

Have heard that after President Nixon opened up China trade in 1971, the government factories like Horse did all they could to put out crackers that would equal or exceed those from Macau to capture market share. It sure worked we, as it killed production there. The days of premium firecrackers are now sadly gone, at least for American consumers.
