I want to be able to make my own fireworks, and shoot 1.3g. I live in Louisiana. Anyone here know how hard (and expensive) it is to get a licence here? Also, what kind of licence do I need (because I want to make my own fireworks)?
From what I could find it looks like I have to help a licenced professional do 5 shows! That is probably not possible.
Any help would be nice!
