Orange book question

I'm studying the orange book, and can someone help explain the difference between 2 tables for me? I'm looking at 555.218 table of distances for storage of explosive materials and 555.219 table of distances for storage of low explosives.

My understanding is that fireworks are low explosives so the second table would apply to magazines. Is the other one for high explosives? It just says "explosives" which makes me wonder if fireworks are included. Basically I'm trying to double check that an outdoor job box must bet at least 75 feet from dwellings not 340 (for a 50 pound limit)

If I recall correctly, you need table 555.224 Table of distances for the storage of display fireworks (except bulk salutes). on page 58.

I see. It seems like a confusing set of tables. I have at least 150 feet to anything, so this works. Thanks for the quick reply
