Tribute song for my brother that passed away many years ago. I remember him introducing me to this song about 1973ish when I was very young. I really wasn't that into music then but remember him being super excited about letting me listen to it. It is etched in my memory of him.

Getting an 8:00 minute Stairway to Heaven down to about 4:15 is a bit of a challenge and still sound OK.... I think I am pretty close with this version....lol

I really l like the last 2:20 so that is not shortened at all.

Never too early and great song! Can't wait to see what you script to fire to it.

I already have my soundtrack down and the show scripted. Still tweaking things. Switching out as much consumer stuff for AP where I can. Some product appears it may not be available so I've also also swapped out some things with product that is/will be in stock.

Here's (https://vimeo.com/454052771) a concept video I made of my first song. I already made a few changes since making the video.

Wow... Very nice!! I absolutely love that song. Probably the best rock song ever IMHO. A fitting tribute to your brother who is no doubt looking down on you with your dad, both smiling proudly.

Well done Sir!

I kinda' like this version. . . I may even edit it so that Katy Perry's original intro plays/loops slow then progressing to full speed then scratch-cut into this. I also kinda' like the idea of doing a looped "intro" with just layered bagpipes--then jump in to the fire. My audience will be a lot of kids/tweens/teens who would get excited over the KP version/intro... then the adults would let out a sigh of relief as the heavier version takes over.;):D
