Second offense fines, Still prohibits tent sales.

This was proposed last July - but never went to any committees till August. Then referred to a big giant HEARING of the industry and anti fireworks folks in Sept. in Harrisburg. Let me see if i canfind a link to that meeting.

Nothing has went anywhere since. Will it? Who knows?
