I knew not to do that when I was 10. Not sure what these two knuckleheads were thinking at 19 and 20, but now they're both going to have criminal records. Such a waste.

I would be willing to bet a canister artillery shell can do that. It may not have to be an illegal device

I've got some leftover flame pots from SO76 that would do that. I've got a few neighbors I'd love to do it to too!

Fortunately, I've got enough sense not to do it.
