In a the new Spider-Man. There is a cobra R2 being used as a control mechanism by the bad guys about an hour in.

i thought i saw something like that in the movie, but told myself i was seeing things. guess not. and as far as royalties, he'll get his money's worth in sales when people realize that it's something you can buy. lol
