Is Pyrotechnico still in Mandeville or did they close that facility? I had heard that they really minimized their operations in Louisiana and were closing their magazine. Might give them a call

If you work part time on some displays for J and M Displays in that southern region of the country like I talked about in my recent recruitment video, they may be able to help you get ATF licensed and sell you product for your own use.
