Hello everyone,

I started shooting fireworks as a child enjoying bottle rockets, fire cracker and the such. Now 20 years later I enjoy cakes and canisters as an adult. I am a backyard blaster who enjoys introducing my children to the joy of fireworks.

Hey there Brian. Where from? What kind of show do you normally do? Do you use a firing system, or do you hand light your products? Hope you have a safe 4th!!

Hey Rick,

I grew up in Olney, now I live by Lincoln H.S. in the NE. I do small things solely for family and friends on holidays, nothing professional. I do not use a firing system, I have looked into them but still fuse together and hand light for now. Looking into trying to create a nicely put together show is what led me here. I can already see i can learn a lot from the forum. Hope you have a safe 4th as well.

Hey Brian,

Philly guy here as well! I'm in South Philly, however.

Hope you have a great 4th!

When Pennsylvania went legal, didn't Philadelphia try to stop it in city limits

I don't recall hearing anything like that. I do know they still wanted a permit to shoot 1.4 even.

I would be surprised if they didn't try, knowing this city.

Yea, that place is ridiculously overpriced...like price gouging to the fullest.

Thanks for saving me the stop lol. I kind of figured, I stopped else where recently to just browse and almost the same story.

Agreed. They had Excals in stock for 99.00. That's better than Phantom, but still pretty bad. I check out all the shops in the area. It's a hobby in itself.
