Representatives from the National Fireworks Association ask me to get the word out to fireworks enthusiast that follow my videos. They are requesting we sign an online petition to stop the tariff on fireworks coming from China to United States. These tarriff are set to occur July 2019. They have termed this tariff the "Boom Tax". They will present the petition on June 17 , 2019 . The petition along with verbal arguments against this the tariff will occur on that date. They are trying to get the count to at least 5000. The count was around 3600 when I release this video on YouTube yesterday . If you would like to sign the petition I will include the link here.

We meet the goal of 5,000 signatures for the National Fireworks Association at around 5:29 AM this morning. It went from around 3,600 to 5,000 in two days. Thanks to my YouTube subscribers and pyrotalk forums member for your help. We are 4 days ahead of the end and the number continues to grow. I happen to be awake at the time it hit 5K and capture this picture.

The prices and tax are definatley going up on product real fast.
This is why we need to nip it in the bud before it gets worse. Mostly all store distributors are having some great deals but the price really does add up pretty quickly in the long run.

This next round of tariffs on China (that included fireworks) have been paused for the time being while trade talks with China continue hopefully it wont come to it. Phantom fireworks head had meeting with white house to talk about tariffs then days later donated a said 750k$ of fireworks for the dc 4th of July show now that shows said to b the biggest in history of DC
