first off I haven't tried this but I was reading online on another archive about the modification of a standard consumer 1.75 ball shell into a salute? I remember it stating that a hole was drilled and the contents were emptied then was replaced with flash comp, then resealed it with 5 minute epoxy? one reply to it said that dave also had a video that explained how to reseal a 1.75 shell in the field? Really curious about this now after reading that...
