Cheap domestic = larger firework funds

And that's why shipping on 1.3 guns is crazy... I ordered some 6" from pyroboom and it was an insane box. .. Best to make a road trip and pick them up.. Time to build some racks

She likes to remind me of that every day LOL.I think these will have to wait until i join a club or attend an open shoot somewhere...i've been looking for a dual axle 12 or 14 ft trailer to haul everything around in and to store my racks...things are starting to pile up pretty fast.

Yeah its time to take the Dewalt cordless circular saw to work and start cutting up some free wood.Have you ever angled your 5" mortars Kenny and if so how much?

I've angled full racks of 5" but I've never fanned the tubes of that's what you're asking. My shoot site is kinda narrow and I use the swamp and river across the road as a fall out zone. I angle all my 3" and larger racks a bit in case any duds. . They land on the swamp.

I got a few racks built for my 4” and 5” mortars. All the wood was salvaged from work except the 1 x6 I used for the top rails. That drill is a Worx switchdriver I received for Christmas last year...for you guys making your own racks it really comes in handy, drill your pilot hole flip it and your ready to drill.http://www.pyrotalk.com/bulletin/attachment.php?attachmentid=3201&stc=1

I have a similar bit/attachment I use, it drills then pull it out... Flip it over and it has a driver but on the other side. I usually tack them together with glue and finishing nails. Then drill and screw them together. Looking good!
