Phantom Fireworks , Skyking and other fireworks retailers in Pennsylvania are in court over the new tax and legalization of fireworks in Pennsylvania. There is video of the oral arguments out there somewhere from the September 13, 2018 hearing. I attached the PA court docket sheet.
