Just bought Dave’s ATF DVD’s

So I had searched around but couldn’t find any solid answers but decided to go ahead and buy the dvds anyway.. does it matter that I live in A state that bans most fireworks..only recently allowing sparkling devices. Some have told me it doesn’t matter and others told me I’ll never get a permit let alone a license because of where I live. I’m interested to see the process either way but just wanted some input.

When you receive the ATF/DVD package watch the videos and review the material, you will have a full understanding of the procedure. If you have any questions past that point email me rather that posting them on the forums. I think you emailed me two of three times prior to this posting and purchasing the ATF package. You should be receiving it soon.
