I don’t know about that particular cake but the effect is called Nishiki Kamuro. I’m sure this year you will find more of the bigger name brands making something as it’s sought after. Anyways 76 pro line has one.

I have a case of moab in my order this year.. that nishiki effect is really cool .. that love potion one does seem to have a ridiculous hang time on it though
