Fire Art open shoot forms needed

Will be attending my first open shoot in May and will be firing some 1.3 products. Can someone tell me what ATF forms I need to bring and fill out. Thank you for any help

Just bring your ATF license with you or even better send us a scan in advance. You can send it to info@fireartcorp.com.
