Hello from NC. ATF license questions

I got the DVD and application but my DVD skips when it gets to the part about the contingency plans for firework storage. Kinda at a stand still with the process and not sure really what i need to do. And I was also wondering if anybody knows of anyone that sales the 1.3 product in NC. If I can't find someone around me that sales the 1.3 that i can get a contingency with for storage am I out of luck. Well that's enough rambling for now sorry if it seems kinda scattered but i'm just at a loss.

Move these ATF questions over to my email pyrotalk@gmail. I need your GPS home address in the email I'll look what options you have. Complains about the disc are usually player related, try the usual things to see if it helps.Try a different player. The disc are well made , I have not had a bad one.
