I was recently searching for new fireworks for this Fourth of July and happened to stumble across a firework from Black Cat called Hell Kat. Their website clearly states that this cake has salutes in it. The video they clearly posted shows breaks with absolutely no color. I was curious how a major company like Black Cat could openly sell salutes to the general public and not be breaking current laws. If anyone has any insight into this product or a possible change in laws I would be interested to learn more about it.
