Hi guys, just joined and glad to be here! I have a question that I hope somebody can help me out with. I am in the process of filling out my ATF Type 54 application that I received from Dave and I need to find somewhere to get a contingency letter from. I am located in Illinois about 20 miles to the east of St. Louis. Any help would be appreciated!
