Anyone Have Experience with Purple Magus?

Has anyone ever ordered fireworks from a website in France called "The Purple Magus" (http://purplemagus.free.fr/)?
They claim no minimum order, no shipping fees, no custom checks and 8 day delivery anywhere.
I am very skeptical but also pretty curious. The website looks like it is from the early 90's, which does not inspire confidence. I'm not so worried about an identity theft scam as payment can be via PayPal but find it very hard to believe that items would not be seized by Customs dept.
Still, I'm tempted to try a very small order just to see what might happen.
Any thoughts?

You find it hard to believe it would not be seized by Customs? Do you think they are checking every package that comes into United States? Last I heard years ago , he sends what you order. Shipping contraband is a risky venture. You can ship it 10 times and it will sail right through , then on the 11th shipment or at any time it will get intercepted. Years back here where I live, they caught a police officer receiving drug shipments from a southern state. When they realized what was in the package they dressed up in UPS clothing and even used one of the UPS trucks to make the delivery to his home. When he accepted the package they arrested him. Word was he received a few shipments in the past. If you buy from him, you make what they call a "Risk/Benefit" decision. Another thing is , he packages the items poorly and some are crushed in the delivery process.

I had not even thought about it from that angle. The reward does not outweigh the risk. I'll skip it. I don't don't need any problems with the authorities.
At my age I don't intend to pursue an ATF license, but if I were, I imagine that a bust like buying from the aforementioned would take me right out of consideration.
