I made a firing system that currently runs on 12 volts witch seems to be working fine so far, however I'm not shure how many volts real firing systems run on. I also made a video to share with everyone http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gqKZ7cBI3Jc.

It depends on the type of system most basic systems that should be fine...

Igniters need 6V to be sure it will igniter properly... 12V should be fine

i see your dog likes fireworks too . what size wire are you running off of that in your vid ? also looks like your going to be right under your show . whats the longest distance you have tried ? still looks like a nice homemade firing system . my first homemade was the old nail board style than i built a 24 cue with light switches . they 24 can be ran on either 12v or 26v , just depends on how many clips i want going off at a time . have fun with it .

I have 2 100ft. wires and 4 50ft. wires, it dose fire off the 100ft so I plan on buying more. Yes my dog would love to eat a firework I forgot he was off the chain lol.

I tryed 150ft last night with one home made ignitor and it worked but I had to hold the button down for 3 seconds, maybee with fresh batterys it will go faster.
