Based on the videos for Mahem, I thought it would be a real crowd-pleaser. It was not. It was slow and low and practically bore no resemblance to what I'd seen in the videos. And we had two of them - they were both lousy - so it wasn't just one dud cake.

Sorry to her that upNdown. I had that same problem last year with La Dolce Vita. Looked great on video. Totally sucked in the show though. But now I know to stay from it in the future!

No, I'm talking about the 200 gram mini zipper cake from Wild Dragon. As you can see, it really picks up in the video at around the 30 second mark. It never did that with mine.
I think a friend recorded my show. I'll upload mayhem if I get the video.
