The identical cracker is available under a dozen or more different names. They are all the same. Probably best to keep these under your hat when you find them. I'm not all cloak and dagger like some folks in the pyro community but posting a pic on a public forum is probably not the best way to go about getting info on an item like this. Shoot a private message to some of the experienced folks on here and I am sure they could fill you in without publicizing the item. Just my two cents.

For future reference when you come across stuff like this, keep it to yourself. Consider your self lucky when you do find This kind of stuff. Do enough looking around you'll find more than just crackers.

Its says Consumer Fireworks , I'm surprised it didn't also say "Safe for Children Under 2 years Old". It is hard for people living in United States not to believe product labeling. For food, pharmaceuticals etc that may be true. For fireworks , that may or may NOT be true. I heard those and others shaped and package just like the one you have are Thunder King inserts . They all look about the same but carry different names.
My guess is , it is a LaBomba with a different wrapper. Thus if you see firecrackers in this number and packaging , they are about the same thing.

.
They are not permitted to be sold as Consumer Fireworks, they are sometimes sold as 1.3 fireworks to ATF license holders, but they are forbidden to have colorful labels.
