No matter how big or how small , from an individual store to a nationwide fireworks chain. All are welcome to advertise on pyrotalk.com. My newest advertiser is Uncle Sames Fireworks 14 Gostlin st Hammond Indiana. Located near the illinois Indiana border. I see on his website he emphasizes he is the closet fireworks store to the city of Chicago. Look for his banner on the Sponsor Page soon Until then check out his website with this link.

Welcome to PyroTalk, Uncle Sam Fireworks!

Man that's a small store. They must make up for it in pricing! LOL. Just kiddin'.

Edit: After looking up prices, I was right...... almost $4 for one canister shell. Yikes. I get it though.

If he is like me - you try to get creative to utilize every square inch of space like we had in our old store - only 30 x 40 building.

Tell them Joyce , you work hard with a Mom and Pop fireworks store. This guy has a great location, he may be the first fireworks store into Indiana driving from the city of Chicago. When I found his store on Google Earth I wanted to post some pictures.

Joyce, there are many Uncle Sam fireworks in United States from what I am seeing. I believe it is just a common name coincidence. I do not know 100% Hey wait , in that second picture, there is that hubcap I lost last year driving through there. LOL

There are 2 uncle sams one in Allentown and other one in Greenbay WI, each is owned separately and neither are related to the one in IN. If coming to WI I recommend either of these 2 for prices in our state, probably and likely the best.

I may be the only one on here that has shopped here. It is not a chain store. It's a small retail outlet just feet from the Illinois/Indiana border. It is a great great store. They have product stacked floor to ceiling and carry many brands of fireworks including Showtime (FOA), Great Grizzly (NCI), Winda, Big, Black Cat and World Class. The website unfortunately doesn't even capture a sliver of the merchandise he carries. His prices are very competitive for any store. $12 is the norm for a good 200g cake and better ones go up from there no matter where you shop. The standard 24pc shell kits were $70-$75 like most retail stores. If you buy a 6pk canister kit, expect to pay more per shell. It's just the way it is. A friend of mine and I went with a groupon that he has offered two years ago and even though we only spent $50 or so including the groupon, the owner threw in a free 200 gram (a very good one too), a few neat items to test and a handful of punks. We left with over 10 bricks of Beast Firecrackers. Great shooter btw.
