I kept saying over the years advancing into pyrotechnic occurs the opposite of the way people were professing it to occur. They told you to get experience and a magazine even before you applied for the license. I tell you to get the license first, then the experience and finally the magazine if you desire. Here we see that in one of my most recent emails. This person is now a customer of one of my advertisers.
