Here is a link that lists the requirements for Fireworks laws for every state.

Northern Sky I don't want you to get mad at me. I like the APA and all , but that list is a some kind of front or something. I went to Florida and didn't see anything about that big bird problem down there when people sign a paper to buy fireworks. People that sell fireworks don't pay attention to that list. I don't care if you post it, that is up to you. I can't represent it as some factual data. If every fireworks store in Florida ( as one of many state examples) refuses to sell all the fireworks on that prohibited list as the law states , then I may believe that state listing to be true. I'll be honest, its painful for me to read that listing.

Why would I get mad? I am just posting what the APA researched and said was in effect at the time. Some people like to know where they stand legally. I realize some folk could care less about the law. Others want to attempt to be legal anyway.
