The pyro hate group scared off my last chemical supplier, Just search google I am sure you can find a few dealers. they always preach there is this anti-fireworks organized out there. The real problem is them , they think they are the only ones that know how to make fireworks. They aim to keep it that way. so called "All Stars" in their special tent.
I keep searching for a chemical supplier to add to pyrotalk.

I noticed one day they need to realize that we all started in the same spot thats why this forum is important we are here to spread our knowledge and lend a helping hand to people that want to get into it the way i look at it is that a person has a better chance at success if you show them if you throw a paper at them with ingredients its a oneway trip to getting them hurt

Lots and lots of suppliers out there, ebay can get you small quantities, Skylighter is also a good place to start. Fireworkscookbook.com also has chems etc while woodysrocks.com has primo tooling and some paper goods. Call Dino up in Horace ND at Starr Fireworks for casings, they have great prices!

I'll second FW cookbook and Woody's. A lot of the stuff at Skylighter though is overpriced and full of "other stuff", IMHO.

Hole punches- search gasket punches
You can make most shell components out of kraft paper, or even paper bags....
Star plates are nice but expensive... Try cutting or rolling stars... Kraft tape can be found pretty common online... A shell wrapping machine... Like a WASP is great but usually costs a lot.... Even a used one
