Looks like a log issue and maybe they didnt report the theft of the fireworks they found in their employee's house.

it is a good assessment @bazerk. i would think that it had to be pretty bad for them to close down for 2 weeks and to be fined $200,000.00. that seems pretty bad.

I'm sure they've got a decent legal team that can sort this mess out. On the bright side look at the timing with no shows currently booked...

Ps to the guy who stole product and got this mess started, your a real D-bag!

Btw I would think with a company of this magnitude would use an electronic log of some sorts. I'm just guessing, but any Type 54 guys who can fill in, is that possible/common?

The bright side is it is a good time of year to be shut down. Jan or Feb. I help people get ATF Licensed but I never recommend any one get into the display business. I suggest to work for these people, they need good people to help with their displays. Most newly ATF licensed people that try this are out of business in 2 years or less. When you do this for profit , it is full of rules , regulations and massive risk.
The last display I did for them, when I retuned the truck, as I left the property in my vehicle they stopped everyone and searched your vehicle at the gate. They also had someone guarding the rows of returned trucks. The increase in security is most likely part of the corrective plan.
