Has anyone else run into an issue with your state requirements being different than the ATF ones?
currently the official answer i have gotten from the ATF is 150 from buildings roads etc. but the state goes by low explosives chart of 75 ft do i have to abide by the ATF, State or both?

Seems to me from, what you have presented, that if you go by the 150 ft, ( assuming you have the space) you have just killed both birds with one stone, and eliminated the state from the procedure, thus minimizing your problem.

unfortunately i cant do the 150 without dumping a boat load of money into creating a pad and getting wetland permits. but the 75 i can put on the porch or inside of a broken down house on my property

150. ATF issues the license so you play by their rules. In saying that display fireworks don't fall under the low explosives table. They have their own table and 150 is the minimum distance on it. Sorry for the bad news bud.

Are all 3 of those buildings yours? If they are you don't need to worry about that table, you can blow yourself up but not your neighbors.

Is a storage magazine is considered a "bulk storage of materials that have a flammability, explosive, or toxic hazard"? If so, it seems like NFPA 1123 5.1.4.3 would apply which will limit your ability to use the same area for a show. If not, what are the distance requirements between a display site and a storage magazine?

NFPA 1123
5.1.4.3 The distance between the discharge site and bulk storage areas of materials that have a flammability, explosive, or toxic hazard shall be twice that required by 5.1.3.
