We recently had a "Watermelon Misting" contest at a pyro club shoot and this is what my entry looked like. BTW--I won!
We used a Cobra 18R2S with two mods with the LIPO batteries to fire the cues.
The sequence of events is as follows:
First shot was two strings of 10 Lidu 1.3g 1.75" salute shells with tails.
Next was the "mascleta" ground bombs--14 pieces fired from each end simultaneously. Fused with stick match so they would not go super fast.
Next, There were 8 "mini cremoras" in 3" HDPE mine tubes across the front--followed by a 5 gallon Cremora....then the melon. Three 1.5lb salutes ematched in series. Final result--not a seed to be found!!!
Thanks to my pyro side kick Marlin for help setting it all up and the use of his Cobra equipment and to Rob at Pyro Nation for filming it. It was a great time.

Always good to see a face and match it with a handle on forums. Thanks Joe and Rob for the video.
