Where do you live in Pennsylvania? Are you located near Erie? You should get an ATF license then you can get some 1.3 strobe products.

Im in Mercer PA, north of New Castle!! close to the ohio border!!!! I plan on the 54 but It's pretty late for this year and the Dominator pots loook pretty darn nice and they are consumer.

They are pretty tiny, the Dominators look much bigger and supposed to go 30 seconds..

If you don't want to drive to American Fireworks and don't want to pay shipping. what options are you looking for? Kellners Fireworks is closer but your from Pennsylvania and may not be able to buy there. If you live in PA and are not ATF licensed you may have no choice but to got to Ohio. You are 73 miles away from American Fireworks , that is not so bad. But I guess it is long way for just one item.

I need to call My local TWP, East Lackawannock, and see what they say about a permit, altho I don't know what Kellners has as far as consumer strobes???
???? last time I called the TWP it was a waste of my time

Try Al at Fireart. He has the Dominator 1.4gPro strobes. Might be too far for you--but that is a source.
