Display Fireworks in Utah, ATF Permit

I live in Utah, and need help with my contingency plan. There are no Firework Wholesale, or Display Firework companies in the state. Any ideas on someone that may be willing to allow me to use their Magazine for emergancies? I thought about asking the fire department that does the local city shows, or a sports arena that shoots fireworks. Has anyone tried that with any luck? Any other suggestions? I live in the Salt Lake City area. Thanks.

They put on the show themselves? With their own ATF license? With their own insurance and storage magazine?

Need Dave to jump in here & give us some info on what is happening in Utah. Surely there are display companies within the state---seems odd to hire out shows to out of state entities.
