Looks like fun!
I'll be building my first racks (consumer) this year - 1 50-shot fanned & 3 12-shot 'W' racks. Looking forward to it, but I have to build on site due to cargo limitations (and a decent stash). Luckily, we're arriving a week early so I will have plenty of time to get everything taken care of. Also gonna make up some angled 12"x12" platforms for securing pairs of angled cakes on my boards.

Looks like you will be putting that ATF license to use. Those racks look nice. I see you picked fiberglass , was price and availability a factor in picking it over HDPE pipe? Also are those mortars secured in position or can they be pulled out.

Yes dave, I have a PA show in the works for the 2nd. Fiberglass was all that was available in this area. We shoot out of a mix of HDPE and fibreglass at our club shoot, so I didn't see an issue with fiberglass. The mortars are snug however could be removed if needed.
