I'm not sure how i missed this from a few years ago.
Its Flavor Flav's getting busted in two seperate years for shooting fireworks in the neighborhood. He is so funny he is even wearing that big ass clock he always wears in that one video. LOL I believe the location is Las Vegas. It looks like the same location in both videos.

Listen in 2015 the case was dropped for lack of evidence. LOL Do these videos look like a lack of evidence. I should get my friends in Las Vegas to show Flav to use a Cobra System.
