Superbowl Fireworks litter

Apparently they are doing practice or pregame fireworks displays for the Superbowl. People are complaining because look what is washing up on the beach in San Francisco.

Anyone recognize their work. Why am I thinking those plastic pieces are from a cylinder shell not made in China.

I believe it is Pyro Spectaculars on this one. They have been this road before. Why do they keep buying plastic shells ????

Environmentalists are gonna have a field day. Seems to be another thing they will use to try and ban fireworks.
