This is an update from one of my 2011 videos. People that subscribe to my videos may remember this. Some history, a mall complex called "The Foundry" was build in my area in 2006-2007. Within the first months of it opening the entire complex started to sink and became unusable. For something to do in 2011, I went to the property on my motorcycle and did a short video. In this video, I show the update in 2015. It looks like a detour road is now where the old mall complex was and a new mall is build across from the old one. I forgot I made this follow up video earlier this year. I found this footage on one of my tapes. The quality is poor. The follow up video is unlisted. I was not sure what to do with the footage so I figured I would just post it here.

The internet killed malls and brick and mortar stores with online retailers like Amazon. One of the exceptions that I know of is The Florida Mall in Orlando. 90% + occupancy with many upscale retailers.
