This is going to be a tough one to sell!! I'm glad it goes to the ballot but again I know that the NFPA is headquartered in Quincy, Mass and they will stop at nothing to make people think that fireworks are life threatening objects as you can see the women in the video is opposed because she assumes they are dangerous yet the child was injured by a federally banned cherry bomb. I hope it passes though I believe a lot of people will vote against it as Massachusetts retains it's nanny state values.
