Waynes World was quick to get back with me. Understandably, they require it to be their product.

Wayne's world is 113 miles from me which is over the 100 mile limit. I told the guys at boomtown that I spend about 2000 a yr on 1.4 product some wholesale and some at there shop so I told them that I would spend about the same and buy all my 1.3 and 1.4 from them but they said I had to spend 3000 so I'm trying to find someone else within the 100 mile range and get my stuff from them I will never go to boomtown again and I tell other people that too

The 100 mile limit is something the ATF uses as a measuring stick to be honest. Another 13 miles really isnt much when your willing to drive 100. You can ask your local ATF office of that though and they will give you the answer to that question

as CTPYRO says.... talk with the ATF.... they are not all bad and more than likely will work with you
