NEW YORK — Police officers from the 106 Precinct conducted a search warrant in Queens that resulted in an arrest and a large amount of fireworks being seized. The search was conducted at a garage on 89th Avenue this past Tuesday. More than 100 cases of fireworks were found that have an estimated street value of approximately $100,000.
Arrested in connection to the search warrant was a 30 year-old male from Queens who was charged with Unlawful Dealing with Fireworks
The search warrant was obtained after an investigation was conducted by the 106 Precinct Field Intelligence Officers. Captain John Ganley of the 106 Precinct, who was present at the seizure, stated that the use and sale of fireworks in New York City is illegal and dangerous.

I wonder if this guy follows my videos? It looks like he stopped at wfboom and Kellners. The upside is I do not see any 1.3 products in the mix.

+1
Patriotic has been around since the 60's. A lot longer then WFBoom.
So in essence, WFBoom carries the same product as Patriotic.
Just some info:
The sales manager, Jack Leonard, was the first president of the PGI.... Interesting.

My 20 critics in referencing me say things like. He is helping people getting an ATF license and they will not be able to shoot them without a permit. He is setting them up for life changing event.
.
Well 20 critics, go tell Jack Leonard he set this guy up in New York City up for life changing event. I bet I can find a few more in New York if I keep looking.

Gee I wonder why someone would want a fireworks store so close to the New York , Pennsylvania border?
.
You have to understand how the out of state fireworks laws operate. The entire retail end of pyrotechnics is based on this. To some degree that includes 1.3 fireworks. Both start out as legal purchases. If I had to write where it goes from there I could type 10 pages. I openly tell people, if you are the type of person that needs 100% assurance from everyone involved it is ok for you to shoot fireworks, you may never be able to shoot fireworks.
.
As far as my critics, they should be really upset right now, because I don't think this New York guy had a fireworks permit and someone in the business helped him get these fireworks.

Here are some pictures from across United States over the last few days of confiscated fireworks of people without permits. Boy those 20 people are really going to mad about these people not having permits.

Those boys will have their own party with the seized goodies. Maybe someone who is properly licensed should approach them and ask those cops if they want those items to be disposed of

I'm in Zach with a group purchase. Would love to have more for my stash. Truly half of that will be taken home by the police for them to shoot themselves.
