On the last picture(the bottom right), why was there a vacuum cleaner on the racks?

It is a routine on a barge display or a location where you use the same mortar racks every week , you do not tear them down. Sometimes you need to clean the paper out of them by using a vacuum.

Was wondering the same thing on the vacuum. Ive never seen that done and seems very time consuming. Why use a vacuum when a stick with a screw works wonders on its own.

You right a vacuum is a pain in the ass and does not work well. I have a device that pyrojoe gave me a few years back that actually works pretty good for this. One good thing Zambelli Fireworks started is when you load up the rack at the end of a display, all the rack must be put in upside down. It work great to clean then.
