Hello. I've been trying to get permission for firework show on a golf course lately. Just last year I was denied access to a field because the owner didn't want anybody on her property. Now, it's May 21st and I'm not sure what to do. The owner of the golf course told me I could shoot there, but would have a budget of $1,500. He also told me that there was already a pyrotechnician shooting there. The man that shoots there only comes around once a year, is a retired veteran, and doesn't shoot much. So far, I'm not living my dream of being a pyrotechnician. Please help guide me in the right direction.:(
